The upgrade furniture that they advertise may have been nice at one time but there are chipped. We get to our non smoking room and upon opening the door there was an unpleasant odor so we left the door open to air it out a bit.
It might have been helpful if the person at the desk told us. We entered the elevator and it won’t work after several tries we left said elevator and entered another one where a hotel guest told us we have to use the room key. He handed use our room key and when I asked where the elevator was he gave us nice directions. The person at the desk was polite and we had a nice conversation discussing that this was our first time here. Lack of Customer Service! This was our first time here at Cherokee and my husband and I came to celebrate our 49th wedding anniversary.
