Not because we asked him but because he noticed we needed help on two occasions and came over to assist. Traves from the grounds department also went out of his way to assist us numerous times while doing his daily duties cleaning up the resort. He even offered to help us with things on his off days which was such a kind gesture but we didn’t want to bother him on his personal time. We are completely disappointed in the lack of service we received at this resort 8/13-8/19.īefore I start I want to personally thank Tony our butler for the amazing service he provided us throughout our stay. I just want to say first that I’m not writing this review to bash Sandals at all but instead want you all to do better!!! As loyal guests since 2015, we (my wife and I) along with 15 other guests just returned from our trip to Royal Barbados.
